Success is the treasure but the hard work is the key to it. Friends the road to success is hard work which means planning of the time, intelligently. This does not mean just planning seriously, making a timetable and sticking it above your study table. But it just guides you and you have to follow it. Every second of your devoted work is as precious as diamond, but you have to polish it to make it sparkle.
Working like a bull will not work, but like an eagle. Working smart is better than working hard. We can take a lively example that a Japanese company got a complaint from one of its customers that the soap purchased was a mere wrapper without the soap inside. The company was shocked with the complaint. To stop any such complaints and to improve its performance, the company changed the machinery and the entire system.

For this the company had to spend a large sum. After some time an Indian engineer got a job in that company. After hearing the whole case the engineer simply said a fan could simply solve this problem. But how ? Very simple he replied. Just put a table fan facing the final moving strip of packed soaps. the empty wrapper will fall down and the company will also not lose its reputation.
Today working smart is the need of time as the world is getting faster and faster day by day.
